She worked with a SCORE mentor to craft her business plan and later obtained SBA loans and certifications to assist with government contracting.
Along with making it her life’s work to promote equity and justice for all, having be Co-founder of the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce and the Maryland LGBT Foundation, along with writing a children’s book, Miss Crabapple and Her Magical Violin.
